Thai Peanut Dressing
Ingredients
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (not "natural")
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 teaspoons water
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon scant cayenne pepper
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon canola oil

Directions
1Whisk together peanut butter, vinegar, honey, water and soy sauce.
2Stir in sugar, salt, cayenne and red pepper flakes.
3Add oil and continue whisking until smooth.
4Use immediately or refrigerate for up to five days. Bring to room temperature and whisk before using.
