• Chicken (as much as you need)
• Garlic (as much as you prefer)
• thyme, tarragon, sage, oregano ( I just use whatever I have and as much as I want to)
• Parsley very important
• 1 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
• Salt and pepper after taste
• Capers with juice (I used one bottle)
• 2-3 bay leaves
• pitted dried prunes ( I just use a packet)
• Cracked and pitted green olives (I just use a bottle of olives) without the juice
• 1 cup chicken stock
• Brown sugar or honey (depending on how much you want to put it, I put in half a cup of organic brown sugar)

I also added onions, and carrots and potatoes and sometimes just whatever is in the fridge.


Put all ingredients together and place covered in oven. I normally just cook it for about 1,5-2 hours at 200 °C and make sure to check it all time and stirring it a bit so the sauce can cover all parts.

This is great with salad and brown rice.
